The hero talent share is calculated over individual parses, not distinct talent strings: 78.4% of top parses use Herald of the Sun (n=91), while 21.6% use Lightsmith (n=25). In raids, Herald of the Sun appears as the top hero talent on every listed boss, including Nek'zali the Soulcoiler and Ula'tek.
In high Mythic+ keys, Lightsmith leads on Ruby Life Pools, Den of Nalorakk, Voidscar Arena, and King's Rest, while Herald of the Sun leads elsewhere.
