冰法这页有两个爆发键场景，各取 3 位 WarcraftLogs 顶尖玩家开场，门槛 1 份。团本以 Frostbolt 起手，没有冷却够格，宏里是起手加饰品 /use 行；大米 AoE 以 Ray of Frost 起手，收 Ice Cold 并带饰品。两个场景开场里都看到了嗜血，但特意没放进个人爆发键，那是团队技能。
专精宏偏实用：Blink with stopcasting 打断读条立刻闪现；Ice Block on / off 第一下开冰箱、再按取消；Ice Block、Alter Time 另有单独取消键；Blizzard、Freeze 直接放光标处，省掉选区；Remove Curse 认鼠标指向。复制到新宏，技能名对照客户端语言。

一个宏每次按下只能施放一个占公共冷却的技能，这是游戏的上限，不是本站的。所以爆发键就等于：主动饰品 + 顶尖玩家开场按的不占 GCD 爆发 + 一个开场技能，再多塞不进去。
前 8 个施法内、3 位样本玩家里至少 1 位按过的不占 GCD 冷却，已剔除保命和位移；末尾挂第一个占 GCD 的起手技能，一键全放。
13 / 14 号槽：数据看不出主动饰品戴在哪格，两格都写；被动那格只会提示「无法使用」。
