GearInsight 会员服务协议
一、服务提供方
本服务由北京澎跃网络销售店（个体工商户，统一社会信用代码 92110106MAKEQLA686，以下简称「我们」）通过 gearinsight.app 网站及 GearInsight 小程序提供。GearInsight 是独立的第三方工具，与暴雪娱乐（Blizzard Entertainment）、网易及其关联公司无任何关联，未获其授权或认可。
二、会员内容
1. 会员档位：月度会员 ¥19.9，有效期 31 天；年度会员 ¥168，有效期 366 天。价格以付款页显示为准，均以人民币计价。
2. 会员权益：(1) 在 gearinsight.app 网站及 GearInsight 小程序内免广告（以登录的同一账号为准）；(2) 会员区内容，包括专精白皮书等；(3) 新专精手法助手 上线顺序投票（月度会员每月 1 票，年度会员每月 3 票；投票结果为参考意见，最终排期由我们决定）；(4) 年度会员每月可申请 1 次战斗日志手法复盘，复盘为人工服务，一般在 7 个工作日内答复。
3. 魔兽世界插件 GearInsight 及其全部功能（包括各专精手法助手）对所有用户免费、同时开放，不属于会员权益，也不因是否为会员而有任何差别。会员费用于支持网站、数据与内容的持续开发，不是购买插件或游戏内任何功能。
4. 会员权益可能随服务发展调整。如有对您不利的重大调整，我们会提前在会员页面公告；您可在调整生效前按第五条申请退还未使用部分的费用。
三、购买与有效期
1. 购买会员需先登录账号，会员权益绑定在付款时登录的账号上，不可转让、转售或与他人共享。
2. 本服务不自动续费。到期前再次购买，新的有效期从当前到期日之后顺延计算。
3. 会员以支付平台（微信支付、支付宝）确认到账为准开通。付款后如未开通，请通过网站「联系我们」提供订单信息，我们核实后处理。
4. 通过抖音专属会员获得的兑换码，兑换后享有与月度会员相同的权益，兑换码限本人使用，不得转让或公开传播。
四、未成年人
未满 18 周岁的用户应在监护人同意下购买会员。监护人发现未成年人未经同意付款的，可联系我们申请退款。
五、退款
1. 自购买之日起 7 天内，且未使用过日志复盘服务的，可申请全额退款。
2. 超过 7 天或已使用复盘服务的，原则上不予退款；但因我们原因导致服务无法提供、或我们终止服务的，按剩余有效天数折算退还。
3. 退款原路退回付款账户，退款后对应时长的会员权益同时取消。
4. 申请方式：通过网站「联系我们」或小程序「问题反馈」提交订单信息。
六、用户行为
您不得利用会员服务从事违法活动、恶意刷取权益、转售兑换码或会员资格，或以技术手段干扰服务。违反的，我们可以暂停或取消会员资格，已使用部分不予退还。
七、个人信息
为开通和管理会员，我们会处理您的账号标识、订单与支付状态信息，具体见 隐私政策。我们不会获取您的支付账户密码或银行卡信息。
八、免责与服务变更
网站数据来源于公开的游戏战斗日志等第三方数据，仅供参考，我们不保证其完整、准确或适用于您的具体情况。因不可抗力、第三方平台（包括游戏、支付平台）变更或故障导致的服务中断，我们会尽力恢复，并视情况顺延会员有效期。
九、争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应先协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向我们经营所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。
十、其他
勾选「我已阅读并同意」并完成付款，即表示您同意本协议。我们修改本协议时会更新版本号并在本页公布；修改后的协议对修改后购买的订单生效。
GearInsight Membership Terms (English translation)
1. Provider
The service is provided by Beijing Pengyue Online Sales Store (individual business, USCC 92110106MAKEQLA686) through gearinsight.app and the GearInsight mini program. GearInsight is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment, NetEase or their affiliates.
2. What membership includes
Monthly: ¥19.9 for 31 days. Annual: ¥168 for 366 days, priced in CNY. Benefits: ad-free on gearinsight.app and the mini program for the signed-in account; the member area including spec whitepapers; votes on which spec gets the Rotation Assistant next (1 a month for monthly, 3 for annual; advisory only); for annual members, one human log review a month, usually answered within 7 business days.
The GearInsight World of Warcraft addon and all of its features, including every Rotation Assistant, are free and released to everyone at the same time. They are not membership benefits. Membership supports development of the website, data and content; it does not buy the addon or anything in game.
Benefits may change as the service develops. We will announce any material change that is unfavourable to you in advance; you may then request a refund of the unused part before it takes effect.
3. Purchase and duration
Sign-in is required; membership is tied to that account and may not be transferred, resold or shared. There is no automatic renewal; buying again extends from your current end date. Membership starts once the payment provider (WeChat Pay, Alipay) confirms the payment. Douyin membership codes give the same benefits as the monthly plan and are for personal use only.
4. Minors
Users under 18 should purchase with a guardian's consent. A guardian may contact us for a refund of a payment made without consent.
5. Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used a log review. Otherwise no refund, except that if we cannot provide or end the service, we refund the remaining days pro rata. Refunds go back to the original payment account and the corresponding membership time is removed. Request through Contact on the website or Feedback in the mini program.
6. Conduct
Do not use membership for unlawful purposes, abuse benefits, resell codes or memberships, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or cancel membership for violations without refund of the used part.
7. Personal information
We process your account identifier and order/payment status to provide membership; see the Privacy Policy. We never receive your payment password or card details.
8. Disclaimer and changes
Data comes from public game combat logs and other third-party sources and is for reference only. For interruptions caused by force majeure or changes or failures of third-party platforms (including the game and payment providers), we will try to restore service and may extend membership accordingly.
9. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be negotiated; failing that, either party may sue in the competent people's court where we operate.
10. Other
By ticking "I have read and agree" and paying, you accept these terms. Changes are published on this page with a new version number and apply to orders placed after the change.
