This page ranks Assassination Rogue secondary stats by what top Mythic raid and Mythic+ parses actually wear, not by simulation weights. We took the share of each secondary rating from gear of top-performing players and ordered them accordingly.
In raid, top players favor Critical Strike (38.0%) over Haste (34.5%), with Mastery at 22.0% and Versatility at 5.6%. In Mythic+, the trend is similar: Critical Strike leads at 39.5%, Haste drops to 30.2%, Mastery rises to 23.9%, and Versatility is 6.5%. So the priority is Crit > Haste > Mastery > Vers in both settings, but note that Haste and Mastery shift slightly between raid and M+.
Use these numbers as a gearing guide: if you have to choose between two items of equal ilvl, prefer the one with more Critical Strike, then Haste.
