At item level 334, Freightrunner's Flask leads with 55.1% usage, followed by Gebbo's Bottomless Bag at 29.8%, and Wavecaller's Seastone at 13.5%. At item level 321, Mindpiercer's Sigil appears on 9.9% of parses, while Vile Vial of Volatile Venom and Lightspire Core trail at 2.9% and 2.6%. Top players clearly favor the 334 trinkets, especially Freightrunner's Flask, which is used by more than half of all top Destruction Warlocks.
