Each source is ordered by how many class BiS items it drops across Augmentation, Devastation, and Preservation, and the table shows which loot spec to set. Top sources: Altar of Fangs and Crafted both drop 3 BiS items. For Altar of Fangs, set loot spec to Devastation to target the Vile Vial of Volatile Venom (trinket) and Polished Lightwood Channeler (main hand, used by Aug/Dev). For Crafted, choose Augmentation; the Aln'hara Lantern (off hand) is BiS for all three specs.
